Return Eligibility

We accept return requests if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • Tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Share your order number

  • Add clear photos or a Package opening Video with the issue (it's must)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged based on:

  • Product availability

  • Size availability

  • Condition of returned product

If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed for approved return requests.

Once your return is received and verified:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be sent to your original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

  • Products damaged after use

  • Returns requested after the allowed return period

  • Items returned without tags or original packaging

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and standard return policy will apply.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
